Where loss becomes legacy.

What's it about?

This is the true story behind Shielded Vision — a sports safety and performance device now used by athletes at every level, from professionals and Olympians to high school and youth leagues.

It began with a devastating injury and a question: How do we protect the ones we love without holding them back?

What followed was a journey through failure, reinvention, and the relentless pursuit of a better way. Today, the device helps prevent thousands of injuries each year — and goes further, enhancing performance on fields and courts around the world.

This isn't a feel-good memoir. It's a real-world blueprint for turning adversity into action.

Why read it?

Because every parent, coach, and leader faces moments that test their resolve. This book offers hard-earned insight into how personal pain can fuel global impact — without self-pity, without shortcuts.

It's a conversation-starter for book clubs, a guide for families, and a resource for anyone who's ever had to lead through a challenge.

This isn't just a story. It's a tool for navigating the hard stuff — and coming out stronger.
